The new Case Cost Viewer in ReadySet Surgical version 11.0

We are excited to release new software feature upgrades designed to improve the experience and efficiency of surgical device vendors in the surgical inventory management loop. These enhancements reinforce ReadySet’s commitment to its core values of customer care, innovation, and ease of use – all while being the most secure application in the market.

For Hospital Users: Introducing Case Cost

Case Cost is here – an industry-first feature giving your team more insight into the cost of every procedure than ever before!

The new Utilization tab in Case Details automatically tallies supply and implant costs from your hospital’s EHR and ERP into one place, summarizing the total cost per case at the top of the screen. Explore each line item to better understand the quantities being used in surgery and the financial impact each item has on case profitability.

For even more detailed analytics, the new Case Cost Viewer in Analytics automatically calculates statistics to help your team dive deep into the financials of your surgical operations. Filter data by hospital, surgeon, vendor, case type, and more.

For Vendor Users: Introducing Auto-Billsheet

No more manual PDF submissions. Auto Billsheet submits charges for a case directly to the hospital using data from the patient’s electronic health record (EHR) uploaded by the OR nursing team, saving nursing staff time and getting vendors paid faster.

Once line items are pulled from the EHR, vendor reps adjust quantities up or down to match their records. This process eliminates manual work for both vendors and hospital staff and greatly increases the accuracy of bill sheet submissions.

Auto Billsheet is disabled by default. To enable Auto Billsheet, speak to your hospital ReadySet Admin user or contact ReadySet Support.
