What's New

SPD Dashboard

Our new and improved SPD Dashboard gives our Sterile Processing users a focused view to the task that matter most to you. From quick access to active and upcoming cases, urgent actions, ability to reach out to vendor reps quickly and easily, and view key documents such as IFUs and library images directory from our web-based portal or a mobile device, you will find everything you need to stay on top of your workload and ensure inventory is prepped on time and accurately for your OR team’s upcoming cases.

OR Dashboard

Similarly to our SPD team members, our OR team users will now find a tailored dashboard to their needs and day-to-day tasks upon login to the ReadySet platform. From giving you insight into the status of case acceptance, inventory arrival, and sterilization status, our goal is to ensure you have everything you need to make sure cases happen on time and that your patients have the best experience possible.

Cases View

Expanding on the functionality from our legacy user interface, we have taken all of the case details and improved the view and accessibility of this information within the ReadySet platform to make it easier to use for vendors, SPD team members, and OR users. You can quickly and easily see case details being pulled in from your EHR, review inventory and implants added by your vendor teams, pull up key documentation and images, communicate with the care team and vendors, as well as see billing information and status. This can all be done directly from the web-based platform or from our mobile application.

Notification Preferences

Expanding on the functionality available in our previous versions, users can quickly and easily update their notification preferences directly from the platform as well as see a notification feed of key actions and events such as vendor case acceptance, inventory delivery, and case completion.

Facility-Approved Inventory

Managing facility approved inventory allows our clients to ensure that the materials being brought into the hospital by vendors are approved and if not, that they are quickly flagged. Additionally this is impactful in ensuring data integrity within the system so you do not have entries like “Tray 123”, and “Tray 1” which are hard to track and to report on!

Emergent Cases

Expanding on the ability in our previous versions to create add-on and emergent cases, users have the ability to quickly and easily create an emergent create directly from the ReadySet web platform or mobile application. Furthermore, if a case is created that matches one that has already been created in your EHR, our system will automatically detect and match them together so you do not have any duplicate data entry.

Rep Contact List

We’ve added an easier way to share updates with your vendor reps such as sending out facility notifications, new protocols, and more directly from the platform.

1. Welcome to the ReadySetSurgical Billing Reconciliation or "Bill Only" Module

2. Let's take a look at how easy it is for vendors to upload and digitize their chargesheets

3. The process is fully web-based, eliminating the need for paper copies, hard to read handwriting, and time-consuming phone calls.

4. Upon clicking "upload chargesheet", we will see a user-friendly form that can be completed on a phone, tablet, or laptop.

We even have a mobile application that can be utilized

5. Vendors will go through the form and fill in all necessary details

6. Which hospital they are with

9. Using the calendar, they are able to select the date and time

10. Finally, the vendor will upload their chargesheet, which digitizes the process and helps reduce manual efforts, minimize paperwork, and provides a digital trail of the information

11. They can even snap a photo of the chargesheet directly from their phone! It doesn't get much easier than that.

12. Upon submission, the vendor will receive a success message as well as an automated email notification.
