Vendor Management Made Easier Than Ever

We are excited to release new software feature upgrades designed to improve the experience and efficiency of surgical device vendors in the surgical inventory management loop. These enhancements reinforce ReadySet’s commitment to its core values of customer care, innovation, and ease of use – all while being the most secure application in the market.

Enhanced User Management

We have expanded administrator capabilities to manage users directly from the ReadySet platform. In addition to managing facility requests, it is now quick and easy for administrators to manage all ReadySet access at your facility in one place. To start, go to the ‘Preferences’ page and select ‘Manage Users’ to be presented with a few options

  • “Hospital Users” to manage hospital user access, grant admin access, or deactivate users.
  • “Hospital Reps” to delegate or remove facility access for vendors.
  • “Hospital Access Requests” to approve access requests from your users.

Vendor Auto-Assignment

Hospital admins now have the ability to manage automations for vendor assignment directly within the ReadySet platform. Auto-assignments can be set up based on surgeon and procedure type, giving you even more control and automation for which vendors are invited to your cases.

It is quick and easy to set up your automations by logging into the ReadySet platform, selecting “Preferences” on the lefthand navigation menu, and selecting “Auto-Assignment”. From here you can select your facility from the dropdown, select or search for a surgeon, and then add the vendor rep and any associated procedures.

Freshchat Help Center

We’ve integrated with Freshchat to bring an interactive help center to our software. Simply click the green Freshchat button in the bottom right of the ReadySet platform at any time to access hands-on tutorials, frequently asked questions, and connect to a live support agent.
